Criminal Defense
Any criminal charge can carry the possibility of fines, court costs, jail
or prison time, the loss of work or career opportunities, or other restrictions
on your otherwise constitutional liberties. Not to mention the embarrassment
or negative reflection on your reputation associated with a criminal case.
We understand these issues and recognize that the most relatively benign
speeding ticket is just as important to one client as the most serious
of felony charges is to another client.
We take any and all criminal cases seriously. We understand that they
not only affect your liberty interests, but that they also cause frustration
and anxiety to those who have been charged.
Mr. Segeleon has over a decade of experience at all the levels of the
Jefferson County Criminal Court system. He has the necessary experience,
expertise, and familiarity with the judges, prosecutors, and police officers
to ensure a vigorous and zealous defense to all types of criminal charges.
Like most things in life, it is much easier to resolve a criminal case
in it’s infancy, rather than after the case has developed. Therefore
it is important to contact us as early as possible in the criminal process
to have the greatest likelihood of success. Mr. Segeleon has the requisite
