Jason R. Segeleon , Attorney at Law

Jason R. Segeleon graduated from the University of Kentucky, College of Law in 1996 and immediately began the private practice of law. As a solo practicioner, Mr. Segeleon recognizes the variety of legal problems an individual may encounter, and has sufficient staff and personnel to handle any type of case. He has represented thousands of clients in countless types of legal issues ranging from the mundane to the catastrophic.

Since Mr. Segeleon handles all of his cases personally, the client can be assured of prompt, continuous, and personal service. Our main source of clients are client referrals, so the client is always the most important issue, and client satisfaction is paramount.

Mr. Segeleon has litigated cases at all of the state level courts and appellate courts (Court of Appeals and Supreme Court), and has extensive experience in administrative law. Mr. Segeleon is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Louisville Bar Association, is admitted to practice in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky for the United States District Court, and serves as President of the Board of Directors for the non-profit agency COPES, Inc.

When not in the courtroom, Jason spends time with his wife, Dr. Jennifer Segeleon,
and their 3 children.
